Refund Policy

This policy covers the non-refundable reservation fee, COD balance terms, and how defective or damaged PRISM 60 units are handled after delivery.

Reservation Terms

The ₹999 reservation fee is non-refundable and non-cancellable. The remaining ₹2,999 is collected via COD on delivery.

Refund Processing

  • COD balance is payable on delivery of the order.
  • Payment providers or banks may take additional time to reflect any eligible support adjustments.
  • Any approved support case is issued through the original payment method wherever possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report any damaged or defective product within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photos, video evidence, or return inspection before approving replacement or refund support.
  • Eligible defective products may receive a replacement with return shipping support provided by us.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, negligence, or unauthorized repair is not eligible for refund under this policy.
  • Normal wear, cosmetic damage after use, or claims made outside the stated reporting window may be rejected.
  • Reservation fees are not refundable or cancellable under normal circumstances.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, return or replacement eligibility may depend on product condition and approval.
